The College Application Path Isn’t Always Straightforward

There are as many paths toward college and career readiness as there are students to take them. Some are roundabout, and sometimes students stumble or make bad choices. That’s OK. Everybody does at some point. It’s the recovery that’s important. So that’s the subject of Josh’s Story. It’s is the first of a series of videos that tell real students’ stories of their processes, struggles, and successes.

Josh’s Story

This video tells the story of Josh, a high school student. He applied only to big name, Ivy League colleges he’d heard about. Those were the kinds of schools his parents went to. He had to rethink his college priorities when he saw his admission application results. In this video he tells us about his process.
